So what do you eat?

  • Meat – all types of beef, pork, chicken, lamb etc. Do not trim the fat or the skin off the chicken –
  • Fish – all types especially those high in Omega 3 such as salmon, mussels, tuna, sardines, ect.
  • Chicken – skin on
The most successful fat loss dieters, eat the same few meals over and over again. Find what YOU like, what works for YOU- so that your NOT hungry.
  • Proteins:
    Eggs,Chicken,Beef,Turkey,Lamb,Pork,Seafood
    • Brussels Sprouts
    • Cabbage
    • Swiss Chard

    • Celery
    • The most successful fat loss dieters, eat the same few meals over and over again. Find what YOU like, what works for YOU- so that your NOT hungry.
  • Spinach,Asparagus,Mixed Vegetables, and those listed above
  • Vegetables – Those listed above AND all types that grown above the ground. Leafy greens, spinach, silver beet, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, avocados, courgettes, aubergines, capsicums, mushrooms, lettuce, ect.
  • Cheese – choose the full fat varieties.
  • Cream – full fat, double, whipping, use heavy whipping cream for coffee instead of milk.
  • Full fat milk – avoid all flavored milks and avoid any milk in large quantities because even though it may only contain 5% carbs, it is easy to drink a 250ml serving which equates to 12.5g carbs. You need to cut the daily carb intake to 24g or less if your doing the Keto diet, if your just doing a low carb diet aim for less than 40g of carbs.
  • Nuts and seeds – a great snack but just watch not to overindulge, watch out for eating too many cashews they have a higher carb content

Eat as much as you want of the above food items. Put together a few meals based on what YOU like-pick three or four meals and repeat them. Almost all restaurants can give you a salad or vegetables in place of carbs. Fat is ok. Use real butter. Use heavy whipping cream. Have real cheese. Do not eat processed junk food.
Eat 4x per day: Stay under under 24g of carbs a day-read lables-that’s 24g total in one day
Freebies: Veggies all day (no carrots or tomatoes)
No Dary/Gluten/Complex Carbohydrates

You may have heavy whipping cream in your coffee instead of milk or flavored creamer.
