Is this S**t for Real??

Hi Everybody,
Just came across this offer for a Metabolism Booster. Not sure if it's for real or not. I just ordered it. Anybody tried it yet?
Real or Junk?

They say it will boost your metabolism, I'm all for that...if it works.
On that note here is some info I found on Cashew Butter it is a cheap way to boost metabolism and increase skin and muscle tone.
Cashew butter is high in B vitamins proteins and unsaturated fats that help boost that metabolism and increase skin and muscle tone, enhance the immune and nervous system, this helps promote cellular health!
In one tablespoon of unsalted cashew butter there is 94 calories, 12 percent of the daily value of fat and saturated fat is at 8 percent of the daily value.
It contains less fat than most other types of nuts.
Try it out and let me know any results.
Also, check out that Metabolism Boosting stuff they say it really works. Hope this info helps in you weightloss goals and mine!

Negative Calorie Foods-True or BS?

Hi Everybody,
Hope everyone is doing Great!  You Gotta See This
Came across this while I was trying to lose weight fast. Have you guys ever heard about
 Negative Calorie Foods?
Foods that are claimed to be negative in calories are mostly low-calorie fruits and vegetables. Like celery, grapefruit, lemon, lime, apple, lettuce, broccoli, and cabbage these foods are not negative-calorie foods. No evidence is around to show that any of these foods have a negative calorific impact, but celery has a thermic effect of around 8%, much less than the 100% or more required for a food to have "negative calories". A stalk of celery provides 6 kcal to the body, but the body expends only half of a single calorie digesting this. And even proteins, which require the most energy to digest, have a thermic energy of onlyabout 20% or so,many diets based on negative-calorie food do not work as advertised but can lead to weight loss because they satisfy hunger by filling the stomach with food that is just not that calorie dense. But if you want to know how to lose weight this way click above or below!!

Well, Read up! Let me tell you you'll be very  Glad you did!
